Lori Steele

Hi! My name is Mrs. Steele and I am excitedly starting a milestone year in my teaching career at Wainwright High School. The 2019-2020 year is my twentieth here but I have been teaching for approximately 22 years in BTPS. This year I am teaching Math 7, Math 8, Leadership 8/9 and Outdoor Ed 8/9. I really love being in the classroom with my junior high students because they make each day interesting, teach me new things and most of all we share a lot of laughs! “A day without laughter is a day wasted.” ~ Charlie Chaplin

I am a wife of 16 years and the proud momma of two wonderful kids and miniature dachshunds! My home life is as busy as my school life. My interests outside of teaching include cheering our kids on at their different events/activities, walking our pups, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.  

I am looking forward to this twentieth year of teaching and learning! :)
